Location + Policies
We want every visit to feel seamless and stress-free. Below you’ll find our location details and important policies to help you plan your appointment with confidence.
POLICIES
At B’Glam Studio, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To honor our stylists’ time and ensure availability for all guests, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to make changes.
• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
• Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee
We understand life happens and appreciate open communication whenever possible. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to serve every client with care and intention.
We understand that delays happen and will always do our best to accommodate you whenever possible. If you are running behind, we kindly ask that you call the studio to let us know.
A 15-minute grace period is generally allowed. Depending on the service booked and the day’s schedule, arriving later than this may require us to:
• Adjust the service, or
• Reschedule the appointment
Our goal is to provide every guest with the time, care, and attention they deserve, while also remaining respectful of the appointments scheduled throughout the day.
How to Book
Appointments may be scheduled by calling the studio or through our easy-to-navigate online booking system.
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments booked by phone or online. This allows for a smooth, contactless checkout experience and helps us secure your reserved time.
Gratuities are always appreciated and may be given directly to your stylist. Please feel free to ask your stylist which forms of payment they accept for tips.
At B’Glam Studio, we stand behind our work and want you to feel confident and happy with your results. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer complimentary adjustments under the following guidelines:
• The studio must be contacted within 7 days of your original service
• Adjustment requests made after 7 days will be subject to the full service cost
• Complimentary adjustments do not include changes in style, tone, or color that differ from what was originally discussed during your consultation
Complimentary adjustments are not offered for:
• Services performed at home or at another salon
• Home hair color or outside chemical services
All adjustments are performed by the original stylist and are subject to stylist and management discretion.
Please note: Corrective color services and Brazilian Blowouts are not guaranteed.
