CancellationsAs a courtesy to our salon staff B'Glam Studio has a firm cancellation policy. We respectfully ask that you please notify the salon 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to adjust our schedules accordingly and accommodate those clients that are currently on our waitlist. We understand that unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to collaborate with you. If less than 24hr notice is supplied for cancellation 50% of the cost of service(s) will be charged. In case of a no call, no show on the day of the reservation 100% of the service(s) cost will be charged. A 50% non-refundable deposit fee will be needed upon rebooking. Fee will be credited towards your next service request. Otherwise, all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Running late?We will try our best to accommodate if you are running behind. However, tardiness can affect the rest of our scheduled appointments for the day. We ask that you please give us a call letting us know that you are behind. Clients are generally allowed a 15-minute grace period. Depending on services booked that day you will either be needed to reschedule or cut down on your services.
COVID-19At the moment we are accepting appointment only request. Please come alone. Only person allowed is the person with scheduled appointment. Waiting area is limited. MASKS ARE OPTIONAL. We will have some available if needed. Our stylist will be masked during all appointments. Our staff will be fully prepared in PPE required by the state. A long with some personal choices we have made for extra precaution. The staff has been educated on disinfectant, sanitation, and cleaning procedures through the Barbicide Certification. We are fully stocked with disinfectant, sanitizers, and cleaning supplies that are EPA-registered and labeled as bactericidal, virucidal, and fungicidal. The salon will be vigorously cleaned and disinfected each day prior to opening/closing, as well as throughout the day. All surfaces, tools, and stations will be cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected between clients. To prevent the spread of Covid-19 Virus and to help protect others, we ask that you please let us know if you are not feeling well, showing any symptoms of Covid-19, living with a family member diagnosed, traveled outside of the United States or domestically within the United States in the last 14 days or think you may have been exposed by any means, PLEASE RESCHEDULE! We will be here for you when you feel better. Our staff will adhere to the same health checks and prevention as our clients. We will be working diligently to ensure you can safely enjoy your services. Our guidelines are subject to change as we move forward in adjusting to our new normal.
New appointments and payment policyHow to Book? Call us at the salon or use our easy to navigate online booking system. A credit card will be needed upon booking an appointment via phone or through our online booking system. This will make it easier to help contactless payment and securing your appointment. If you wish to tip, please ask your stylist what form of payment they’re accepting.
RedosB'Glam Studio guarantees all our services. If you are unhappy with your service, we offer complimentary adjustments. To receive a complimentary adjustment, you must contact the salon within 7 days from the date of your original service. Any adjustments after 7 days, will be subject to the full cost of the services provided. Complimentary adjustments will not be offered for changes in hair style or changes in color from what was originally discussed. Complimentary adjustments will not be offered on services performed at home (i.e., home hair color) or services performed at other salons. All adjustments will be performed by the stylist who originally performed the service, and all adjustments are subject to stylist/management discretion. Corrective color and Brazilian Blowouts are not guaranteed.
